You are cordially invited to participate as a vendor and attendee at the joint 14th Annual Montana Forest Landowner Conference that will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 at the DELTA HOTELS HELENA COLONIAL in Helena, MT. 

The conference theme this year is " Becoming a Better Forest Steward ". The conference is sponsored by the Montana Forest Stewardship Foundation (MFSF). We believe this year's conference offers a great balance of topics for forest landowners, foresters, and loggers who are interested in active forest management.

Please consider this an invitation to join us as a vendor at this year’s event.  An 8-foot long table with two chairs is available for $125 for commercial businesses and $75 for non-profit organizations. Vendor space will be provided near the refreshment table.  There is a 15 minute break session and one and a half hour lunch session that will provide plenty of time for participants to visit vendor displays.  You are also to have one representative of your organization join us for a sandwich buffet lunch at no additional charge. Vendors will be able to set up at 7:30 am and tear down at approximately 4:30 pm.  A room block under “Montana Forest Landowners Conference” has been arranged at the DELTA HOTELS HELENA COLONIAL in Helena, MT with a reduced room rate of $159.00 per night plus tax.  You may call 406-443-2100 to reserve a room.
